The Silent Gliss 7650 combines the robust motorised performance of the 5100 Autoglide system with the design-led aesthetics of the 50mm Metropole. It offers a unique solution for specifiers and designers who require powered curtain operation without compromising on visual appeal. Supplied in six contemporary finishes, the 7650 departs from the traditional white-only appearance of electric tracks and introduces a decorative, architectural alternative.

This system is designed for basic switch-operated functionality and is controlled via a remote wall-mounted switch, making it particularly suitable for users with limited mobility or for hard-to-reach curtain installations. The SG7650 operates using a belt-driven mechanism integrated into the profile. Unlike cord-driven alternatives, the internal belt and cog system is directly powered by the motor, ensuring consistent, low-noise movement without slippage or cord wear.

The system replaces the previous Silent Gliss 6150 and is built around a 5100 Autoglide track concealed within the Metropole housing. It can be installed using flush top-fix brackets or adjustable 0334 Maxi face-fix brackets, allowing flexibility for different room layouts. However, the 7650 is currently not bendable and therefore unsuitable for bay windows.

For heavier applications or smart home integration, a more advanced variant of this system is available by combining the Silent Gliss 5600 track with the 50mm Metropole. This enables compatibility with radio control, building automation systems, and higher curtain loads (up to 40kg). These options are available on request.
