When we manufacture made-to-measure curtain poles and tracks, we use sophisticated software to check your required measurements. Each product also comes with a five-year guarantee for your added peace of mind.
Short Lead Times
We can make special arrangements to ensure you receive your made-to-measure products when you need them. We are proud to offer a “when do you want it” service for our customers, which means we can manufacture your products with short lead times.
Track Your Order
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation.
Our online tracking system shows updates on your order progress and the expected despatch day. Any notes about your order will also be visible. To keep you updated, we’ll email you with order notes and any changes to the delivery time.
Delivery Times and Options
We aim to dispatch made-to-measure products within five days. However, we can offer a 48-hour express service if required. All orders are dispatched using an overnight courier and require a signature, but special arrangements can be made to leave the items.

We carefully package our items in custom frames and tubes, but sometimes they can get damaged in transit. Before you sign for your items, we recommend that you check they are undamaged. If you’re in any doubt, sign “Unchecked”.
If the items turn out to be damaged, we will replace the damaged part free of charge. Simply email us and provide a photograph of the damaged product.
Packaged products that are not made-to-measure can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Items that are bespoke, cut to size or made-to-measure cannot be returned for a refund.
If you return any goods, please contact us and quote your order reference number. Our courier can collect your items for £50 per parcel. When we receive the returned goods, the refund will be made through your original payment method.
