The Silent Gliss 7600 hand drawn Metropole is a 23mm aluminium curtain pole system designed for lightweight curtains and smaller drop applications. It offers silent, glider-based operation and can be custom-bent to fit bay windows. With its compact diameter and clean, modern design, the 7600 is suited to discrete installations in residential and light commercial settings. Separate channels for gliders and brackets ensure smooth movement without interference, even when ceiling mounted flush.

The Silent Gliss 7600 is the most compact model in the Metropole range, with a 23mm aluminium profile optimised for light curtain applications. Replacing the earlier 1003 system, it offers the aesthetic appeal of a slim decorative pole combined with the smooth operation of a high-performance track.
Gliders run along a concealed bottom channel, while the top channel houses the brackets, allowing the pole to be top-fixed flush to the ceiling or face-fixed to the wall without obstructing glider movement. This design enables uninterrupted travel around bay windows, even in tight or complex angles.
The SG7600 is best suited for light to medium curtain weights, such as voiles, sheers, nets, or unlined fabrics. For installations with short drop curtains, the 23mm profile maintains visual balance. In taller rooms or with longer curtains, larger models in the Metropole range may offer greater presence.
This system can be professionally bent in-house to a precise specification and radius, ensuring an accurate fit for bay windows or continuous curved installations. It is available in a curated range of modern finishes including white, matt white, ecru, chrome, gunmetal, silver anodised and charcoal. Plain end caps are provided as standard, with optional decorative finials available for a customised appearance.
The SG7600 is supplied made-to-measure with a choice of wall or ceiling fixings. Standard brackets are spaced every 60–80cm, and the pole comes with 14 gliders per metre.
