The Silent Gliss 7620 Metropole is a 50mm diameter uncorded aluminium curtain pole/ track system designed for specification-led environments that demand both aesthetics and performance. Functionally similar to the 7610 model, the SG7620 offers a larger profile suited to installations where the pole is intended to act as a visual statement, particularly in tall spaces or feature areas.

This 7620 system replaces the Silent Gliss 6140 and is designed for medium to heavy curtain weights. It features an integrated track with gliders that run internally, eliminating the need for curtain rings and allowing for smooth and consistent curtain movement. The dual-channel design separates the glider and bracket paths, maintaining uninterrupted glide performance regardless of installation type.

The 7620 is compatible with both wall and ceiling mounting using face-fix or top-fix brackets supplied at 60–80cm intervals. It can be professionally bent in-house to suit large bay window configurations or broad, sweeping curves. Due to its 50mm diameter, it is best suited to bays over 400cm or where a large bend radius can be achieved. For tighter installations, the 7610 30mm remains the more appropriate specification.

Available in seven contemporary powder-coated finishes and compatible with a wide range of Silent Gliss designer finials, the 7620 system is often specified in premium interior schemes where decorative curtain hardware must align with broader architectural design elements.

Made-to-measure and ready for installation, the Silent Gliss 7620 offers a balance of scale, performance, and design flexibility for trade and contract use.
